Refund Policy – Southern Gas Heating Service and Repair

At Southern Gas Heating Service and Repair, we take pride in providing high-quality plumbing and heating services. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

1. Services

• Completed Work: Once plumbing or heating work has been completed to the agreed specifications, refunds are generally not available.

• Service Issues: If you believe the service was not performed correctly or to a reasonable standard, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will inspect the work and, if an error on our part is found, we will provide one of the following at no additional cost:
- A re-service or correction of the issue.
- A partial or full refund, at our discretion.

2. Materials and Parts

• Manufacturer Defects: If a part or product supplied by us is faulty due to a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace it under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. Refunds for defective parts will only be issued if a replacement cannot be provided.

• Customer-Supplied Parts: No refunds or guarantees are available for parts supplied by the customer.

3. Deposits and Call-Out Fees

• Deposits: Deposits paid for scheduled work are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

• Call-Out Fees: Call-out fees cover time and travel and are non-refundable once a technician has attended your property.

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund of any deposit or prepayment.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
